Response to Infringement Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the content and provide them an opportunity to respond.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of your federal district court.
